Anita Grace’s research focuses on work/life balance, gender, and employment. Her SSHRC CGS funded doctoral research examined women’s post-carceral reintegration and employment. Currently, Grace is a PostDoctoral Fellow working with Dr. Linda Duxbury on a Mitacs Accelerate project: Work, Life, and Family During the COVID-19 Pandemic in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario.
Grace is also co-investigator with Dr. Duxbury and PostDoctoral Fellow Andre Lanctot on an additional project: Work, Family, Life of Police Offices and Their Families During and After a Pandemic – Examination of an Extreme Case.
