• SECTION 1:

    At the conclusion of each calendar year, we ask each faculty member (all ranks) to provide us with an updated CV, highlighting any activity in 2018 in terms of research, teaching, service, and practice. This information is used for a number of reasons including accreditation data, workload calculations, publication awards, and career development increments. There is no specific CV template to follow and you may submit it to us in Word or PDF formats. We do ask that you clearly label activity from the 2018 calendar year accordingly and highlight any changes you may have made to entries prior to 2018.

  • SECTION 2:

    A Statement of Impact outlines how faculty members have had impact on their various professional roles including research/scholarship, teaching, and service to the profession. Please upload a document that outlines any impact your work has had over the past year. Please review examples of impact indicators before submitting your statement.

  • Accepted file types: doc, docx, pdf, rtf, txt, jpg, jpeg.
  • SECTION 3:

    If your CV includes peer-reviewed journal articles published in 2018, please also provide the first page of each of your publications that includes: Title of Paper, Journal Name, Year, Issue, and Names of ALL Authors. This serves as your application for the Sprott publication award for each of the 2018 publications submitted.

  • Note: If you are currently on sabbatical or have applied to be on sabbatical in 2019/2020, we still would appreciate an updated CV and Statement of Impact for our records.
