Neerushana applied these insights to lead her team of technical lab analysts with greater efficacy, fostering a more collaborative and productive work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategy and Innovation Management Overview:<\/strong> The strategy and innovation management modules equipped Neerushana with the skills to drive innovation in her lab, particularly in revealing and analyzing advancements in semiconductor devices. Balancing the program&#8217;s demands with her professional and personal responsibilities was one of her main challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When asked about her favorite aspect, she mentions, \u201cIt was rewarding to be in a collaborative learning environment, and to be exposed to professors who ensured that each module was insightful and practically related to the real world. I learned to leverage the diverse perspectives of my peers, which enriched my learning experience and provided new insights into various business issues.\u201d She continues, \u201cWorking on the Tesla business case was particularly useful.
