Her work and volunteer experience in the not-for profit sector and at a Federal Crown Corporation has included leading enterprise wide HRIS and ERP system training and implementation, building large-scale leadership events, succession management planning, designing corporate training that drives performance, employee experience, developing talent mobility strategies, executive recruitment and more. Tamara has worked with Sprott since 2018 and she is committed to building strong, psychologically safe relationships, both as a people leader and in her work as a facilitator.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamara holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Education from Carleton University, a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation From the University of Ottawa and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Sprott School of Business.
