BCom – Finance with a Minor in Computer Science

Senai is a third-year student in the Bachelor of Commerce program, specializing in Finance and Business Analytics, and minoring in Computer Science. He joined the SSIF during his first year as an Equity Analyst, aiming to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial markets. Currently, Senai holds the role of Sector Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing the Healthcare and Utilities Sector within the fund. In his capacity as a Sector Manager, Senai helps by monitoring market activity and macroeconomic trends while also identifying potential investment opportunities to optimize the fund’s portfolio. Outside of his involvement with the SSIF, Senai has gained professional experience in diverse fields such as equity research, IT consulting, data science, and business intelligence. Senai’s interest lies in uncovering the synergies between computing and finance, leveraging data-driven insights to make well-informed financial decisions. During his spare time, Senai enjoys playing basketball, reading science fiction, attempting to cook, and rewatching The Office.
