In 2021, National Social Value Fund in partnership with the Sprott School of Business will be launching the Ottawa Social Value Fund at Carleton University.
The Ottawa Social Value Fund will be a student-led, community-focused impact investing fund which operates in Ottawa. Based off of the successful National Social Value Fund model operating in other cities across Canada, students will lead the launching and year-to-year operating of the fund which will invest into high-impact social enterprises operating in Ottawa.
Founding students of the Ottawa Social Value Fund will join a Canada-wide program hosted by NSVF which includes impact investing training and curriculum, internship opportunities, and personal and professional development.

NSVF takes a blended capital approach to provide impact-adjusted financing to social purpose organizations.
