Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) is one of the most famous mountains in China and with its somewhat close proximity to Shanghai, it was definitely somewhere I wanted to visit. My friend and I climbed up the entire mountain through the fog (a whole 1841m high), spent the night in a hostel, and climbed down the mountain the next day with beautiful sunshine and clear skies. The scenery was certainly unforgettable and my body was sore for about a week! 10/10 would recommend!
