BUSI 4503 [0.5 credit] – Applied Portfolio Management

Participants of the Fund@Sprott will be exposed to equity research, analysis, valuation, and portfolio composition. The course allows fund members to fully understand stock selection and fund management, and expose them to the methods and techniques used by industry.

Workshops: three hours a week.

Prerequisite(s): BUSI 3502 and Permission of the School.

This course is only open to select students participating in the Fund  . The Fund recruits students in October every year; applications can be found at  http://sprott.carleton.ca/thefund/ during recruiting. Once accepted to the Fund, students will be notified of their eligibility to take this course.
