While there are several places on campus that you can reserve for study sessions or group meetings, the Sprott School of Business is pleased to offer the use of some of our facilities for the use of Sprott students ONLY to host study sessions, group meetings or small events.

Student Space Available:

Room 713 Dunton Tower – small meeting room that can accommodate up to 8 people maximum for small study sessions or group work. Room includes round table and up to 8 chairs with a white board for group work.  This space is available for booking for no more than one hour at a time between 8:30am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday or unless otherwise authorized.

The above rooms are ONLY available for Sprott students in the BCOM or BIB degree programs and verification of student status will be required at the time of booking. For alternate study spaces on campus, log in to your Carleton Central account to reserve space in Learning and Support Services.

    Unless otherwise agreed upon, Sprott facilities are for use between the times of 9am and 9pm, Monday to Friday. Requests for weekend bookings are on a case by case basis. The person booking the space agrees to: 1) abide by the room capacity limits and other rules and regulations established by the University/Sprott; 2) reimburse the Sprott School of Business for loss or damage to property arising out of the applicant’s occupancy; 3) comply with university policy and use the on-campus food provider, ARAMARK Canada where the service of food or beverages are involved. 4) not provide/serve/consume alcohol in the facility without appropriate approved licenses; 5) conclude the use of the room no later than the requested time, or 9pm, whichever comes first; 6) return room to original state of order upon completion of event (i.e. return tables/chairs to original set up, clean up garbage). If using the room AFTER 4:30pm: 1) a key must be picked up BEFORE 4:30pm; 2) person making reservation must ensure that the facility is locked and secure when last person has left the room; 3) key MUST be returned by 9am the following business day.
