Carleton University launched its new, advanced leadership program for women in the fall of 2014, as a partnership with a corporate sponsor, Goldcorp Inc., and with two of Carleton’s Centres: The Centre for Women in Politics and Public Leadership (CWPPL), and; The Centre for Research and Education on Women and Work (CREWW).

The Advancing Women in Leadership Program, focuses on the inner journey of authentic, creative and ethical leadership required by women to succeed in business, government and civil society, in a global, diverse, and, interconnected world.
