  • At the conclusion of each calendar year, we ask each faculty member (all ranks) to provide us with an updated CV, highlighting any activity in 2016 in terms of research, teaching, service, and practice. This information is used for a number of reasons including accreditation data, workload calculations, publication awards, and career development increments. There is no specific CV template to follow and you may submit it to us in Word or PDF formats. We do ask that you clearly label activity from the 2016 calendar year accordingly and highlight any changes you may have made to entries prior to 2016.

  • If your CV includes peer-reviewed journal publications in 2016, please also provide the first page of each of your publications that includes: Title of Paper, Journal Name, Year, Issue, and Names of ALL Authors.

  • We are also asking for you to provide a short summary of the impact that you have made recently in any area including research, teaching, service, and practice. You may articulate that in any way you’d like concentrating on a few items that have made an impact within the constituencies that we serve. Please limit your summary to a few short paragraphs. Examples of potential impacts you may wish to highlight can be found within the appendix (final pages) at
